This extension bolts onto the 6160500 5' Bolt-On Ladder Stanchion Anchor and raises the assembly to a 10' overall height. Use it on fixed ladders that end at the platform, where the ladder does not extend above the walking-working surface. The 6160500 base anchor is required and sold separately. The adjustable 5" and 12" offset carries over.
